Clark Adamczyk 🪛🧑💻
Hi there! I'm a technology support professional who specializes in assisting people, not just fixing equipment (but I'm good at that too). I offer deep technical troubleshooting skills, calm communication, and a genuine desire to connect with my clients. Hire me!
Supporting Artists, Educators, and Students
For most schools, technology isn't the focus, it's the foundation. Whether it's a macOS issue, a classroom system, a shared Google doc, or AV equipment that must work on cue, my goal is to remove friction so artists and educators can stay focused on their craft.
The Experience That You Need
Educational IT Support
Hands-on support at Cranbrook Schools and Wayne State University, working directly with faculty, staff, and students.
Broad Skillset
Longstanding experience supporting Apple, Windows, and Linux systems, mobile devices, software, Google Apps, account issues, and permissions.
Adept Communication
I am certified and educated specifically in assisting users in person, over the phone, and through tickets and chats with compassion.
Root-Cause Troubleshooting
Excels at digging deep, understanding systems fully, and resolving issues in ways that prevent repeat problems.
How I Work
I balance individual focus with collaboration. I'm comfortable owning a problem end-to-end, but I also value teamwork and shared knowledge. I'm most motivated when I can see the big picture and when I can feel that I have a positive impact, especially when I can brighten someone's day.
What About Culture and Attitude?
I'm a nerdy, exuberant guy who got into tech support specifically because I like to help people and get to know them. I also enjoy building and tweaking stuff. I've made Arduino music boxes, Minecraft servers, and an off-grid solar power system. I'm also a gamer (PC and TTRPG) and interested in all kinds of science and technology.
